The offer and sale of products on our website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree September 6, 2005 no. 206, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree April 9, 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
Accessing and using the Site, and purchasing any products and/or services on the Site, presuppose that you read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, anyone accessing and/or using services on the Site expressly agrees with Ar-pelle that the Site and these Terms, are governed by Italian law.

Ar-skin takes every useful precaution in order to assure its users that the contents of the Site are accurate and do not contain incorrect or outdated information, with respect to the date of their publication, typographical errors, for which it is planned, following the reporting, to correct them as soon as possible. However, Ar-skin assumes no responsibility to users for the correctness, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any advertising content on the site.
Ar-skin, moreover, cannot guarantee its users that the Site will operate continuously, without interruptions and in the absence of errors or malfunctions due to the connection to the Internet. Ar-pelledeclines any responsibility for: any problems, damages or risks that the user may encounter in the use of the Site; any malfunctioning of the Site related to the deactivation of cookies in the user’s browser; the possible presence of computer viruses or other components that may prove harmful.Ar-pelle may modify, update, in whole or in part, these Conditions, whenever it deems it necessary or even, simply appropriate, in its sole discretion, without giving any notice. You are required to abide by the terms set forth in these Terms, and you are also required to periodically check this page for any changes to the Terms, which will become immediately binding on you as soon as they are posted on the Site.
SALE PRICE
All sale prices of goods displayed on the website, which constitute a public offering pursuant to Art. 1336 c.c., are to be understood net of VAT (22%) and any other taxes that will be indicated at the time of purchase. The cost of transportation or any discounts will be appropriately highlighted on the order summary page, which the Customer will take care to view before confirming the purchase. The prices of the products may be subject to updates, the Customer is invited to ascertain, by updating the cart, the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is finalized with the exact completion and consent to the purchase manifested through the accession given “on line”. The Customer may pay for the ordered goods only through the payment methods indicated. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and otherwise within the terms of the law. The Customer will be able to access the order form by going to the “Your Account” section. By submitting the order form electronically, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth on this page in his dealings with the Supplier. If you do not agree with some of the terms, please do not submit the order form to purchase the products. By submitting an order form, you also confirm that you understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and additional information contained on this site, including the Privacy Policy.
The order receipt sent by Ar-skin to the Customer through electronic transmission, implies the conclusion of the agreement.
By entering into the agreement, Ar-pelle is committed to provide customers with the products ordered, the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms, without prejudice to the right not to execute orders against parties who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that, for any reason, the product ordered is not available for sale.
The Supplier may not process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Supplier has not followed up on the purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on this site, are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the site or the submission of the order form, it will be the responsibility of the Supplier to notify, promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day of transmission of the order to the Supplier, if the products ordered are unavailable. In case of submission of the order form and payment of the price, the Supplier will refund what has already been paid.
Ar-skin will make available a copy of the purchase agreement on its website www.ar-pelle.it. It is recommended to keep a copy of the contract whether it is in hard copy or electronic form.
For matters not expressly governed by these General Conditions, please refer to current industry regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We remind the Customer that the product he or she purchases is intended only for the country in which he or she places the order; therefore, if he or she decides to place the product in a different country, he or she is responsible for placing it and is required to follow the applicable regulations and restrictions both for export from the country in which you purchased the item and for import into the country to which he or she intends to take it. AR-PELLE hereby disclaims any liability in this regard.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on this site may not match the actual ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used. In addition, AR-PELLE does not guarantee the exact correspondence of the product viewed with the one received because of the intrinsic characteristics of leather, fur and accessories, which being a living material, is by its nature difficult to standardize in color and quality. The average product size reported on the site has a 20% tolerance, this means that disputes regarding product sizes within this tolerance range will not be considered for the purpose of obtaining a refund.
PAYMENTS
The following payment methods are accepted:
– Credit card;
– Bank transfer;
– PayPal;
– Cash on delivery (cash on delivery payments for domestic shipments only)
Therefore, one of the methods indicated in the order form can be used for payment of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs. In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to remote electronic payment service providers, without third parties being able, in any way, to access it. This information, moreover, will never be used by the Supplier except to complete the procedures regarding the purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on ar-pelle.it.
The price for the purchase of products and the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged, in the case of payment by Paypal or credit card at the time of order confirmation; while in the case of payment by bank transfer, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to carry out all the operations so that the payment is successful, taking note of the bank details provided when finalizing the order.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Supplier, reserves a longer order processing period due to the longer verification time required by this form of payment, in any case less than (30) thirty days as required by regulations.
In the case of payment by Bank Transfer, if within 10 days of purchase the Customer fails to make payment or give notice of any delay, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel the order. Even when paying by credit card, the Supplier, reserves a longer order processing period due to the longer verification time required by this form of payment, especially with some credit cards (e.g. American Express).
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping is throughout ITALY is free of charge. Shipment is immediate and delivery will take place within the maximum period of 15 days after authorization of payment (in case of payment by Credit Card or Paypal or klarna) or within 15 days after crediting the transfer amount to our bank account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer).
The customer, at the time of shipment, will be provided with the tracking number offered by the Courier so that he or she can track the progress of his or her shipment. The courier will send an e-mail or text message with the approximate delivery date and time.
If you decide not to pick up your order, for any reason, you will be charged for round-trip shipping.
Deliveries outside the European Union are subject to Local Duties and Vat.
AR-PELLE shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as – but not limited to – strikes, Public Authority measures, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transportation difficulties, fires, floods. Should the force majeure cause persist for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, either party shall be entitled to terminate the contract. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity for any reason whatsoever, without prejudice to the right to a refund of any amount already paid by way of price for the products ordered.

Summer Closure: Our company will be closed from July 31 to August 25, 2021. You can purchase but your shipment will be processed by August 26, 2021. AR-PELLE also offers a SIZE REPLACEMENT SERVICE (subject to actual availability in the warehouse). You must contact support for replacement via whatsApp or landline phone.
The courier will pick up the package containing the product to be replaced and then deliver the new size you want.
You just need to seal the package with the return and wait for pickup, the courier takes care of the rest.
Replacement is free only on the first exchange. A second replacement will be priced at….euro.

RETURN
To best meet your needs and make you feel fully satisfied, AR-PELLE guarantees returns if made within the 30-day period after the courier delivery of the package. One simply needs to contact customer service and keep the item to be returned in care without abrasions and in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. A courier will come to collect the product to be returned from the address indicated in the return file, in the same manner as for delivery. You can always use a trusted courier company in any case, as long as you notify the company before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: The package containing the return travels at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.
If even one of these conditions is not met, AR-PELLE will not accept the return and the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If the procedure has been carried out correctly, you will be sent an email indicating that your return has been accepted and, therefore, we will make your refund which will be made by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer) or Paypal credit (if you paid by Paypal). If you paid by cash on delivery, you will need to notify us by e-mail, along with your order number, your IBAN code, Branch Name and Bank Country (other types of credit are not allowed)
If, however, the above conditions have not been met, you will be notified and we will give you the opportunity to return the garment, to your address, at your expense.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty. This right can be exercised by writing an e-mail to the following address: ruggieroluca393@gmail.com.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made to Ar-skin will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the customer communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the expiration of the 30-day period. Ar-skin. may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has proved that he or she has shipped the goods in accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, no. 206 – Consumer Code.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction (excluding cash on delivery), unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund. If the Customer decides to be reimbursed by bank transfer, it will be his/her responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN and account holder).
The Customer is liable only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
If the Customer decides to send the goods subject to withdrawal independently, he/she assumes all responsibility for shipment until receipt in our warehouse. In the event of damage to the goods during transport Ar-pelle will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Ar-skin is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In the case of autonomous sending of the goods by the Customer, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the same at Ar-skin warehouses. or, alternatively, until the customer attests to its shipment by receipt.
WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
AR-SKIN. offers direct warranty against conformity defects and ensures the replacement of the “nonconforming” product. ‘Non-conforming’ means a product that differs from what was indicated in the order and/or a product that is technically not compatible with what the customer indicated in the order. After the customer reports the detected non-conformity, AR-PELLE will replace the product or refund as indicated in the order confirmation.
Also not included in the case are products damaged in transit for which the appropriate control reserve was not entered on the courier coupon. If the returned product is found to be in all respects nonconforming, the Customer will receive within a period of 15 working days the new products corresponding to his initial order. If the stock of the products initially ordered is out of stock, the customer may request a refund or choose another available product. In this case the price difference will be charged or refunded to the customer. Product returns will not be accepted and products will not be exchanged if they do not match their original condition.
CONSUMER CODE
These Conditions for the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206, on the Consumer Code in Chapter I “Of Consumer Rights in Contracts.”[/vc_column_text]
