| HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS WOMAN | |

Measure your chest by running the tape measure just below the armpits at chest height. The tape measure must remain unstretched. |
| Measure your shoulders from one end to the other. If you wear a t-shirt or shirt that fits you like a glove, you can take advantage of it and take it as a guide. The shoulder seams on the back of the t-shirt or shirt should match the point of your shoulders. |

| Measure the sleeve length, which is the distance between the seam on the shoulder and the point where the sleeve ends. If you bend your arm, run the tape measure behind your elbow to your wrist. |
